When STIHL provides “MY iMOW” for iMOW models, STIHL receives product data from the iMOW models.

All iMOW models that are compatible with “MY iMOW”.

• Device metadata (e.g., device number, device capabilities, serial number, IMSI, PCB number, software version and update data, etc.)
• Telemetry data, error messages, diagnostic data
• Device configuration (e.g., cutting height, mowing schedule, device name, team setting, mowing zone setting, time zone, speaker volume, language settings, theft protection/geofence setting, OTA settings, data to establish data connections, etc.)
• Operating data (e.g., operating time, rain sensor data, operating status, if applicable GPS data, battery charge status, battery health status, charging duration, lift sensor data, network connection data, signal strength, etc.)

In the MY iMOW app or via the MY iMOW web portal, users can retrieve their product data.

No.
Planned duration of provision of “MY iMOW”
The planned duration of provision of “MY iMOW” is unlimited.
Each EU Member State has designated one or more competent authorities responsible for the application and enforcement of the Data Act. Without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies, you can file a complaint with the competent authority of the EU Member State where you have your habitual residence, place of work, or establishment, if you believe that your rights under the Data Act have been violated.
